1. 3. Online signing. In the service window, get the information form of the stock house sales contract (self-sale transaction) and fill it in. This process needs to pay attention to the sales price of the house in the contract, because the transfer deed tax is paid on the basis of the sales price;

4. After the online signing, collect the house sales contract fund transfer statement, the house purchase tax-related declaration and approval form (more than 5 years of family housing shortage certificate) and other materials in the service window to pay the deed tax;

5, the financial department window to pay the deed tax, printing and other related transfer fees, and obtain the tax payment certificate;

6. Bring the deed tax payment certificate to the information desk to receive the registration transfer number;

7. Pay the land transfer fee, that is, pay the land income after listing;
