When visiting the park, visitors can show their original ID cards or travel documents at the entrance gate of the park in exchange for tickets for the same day, without making an appointment in advance *. (Tickets redeemed on the same day only include park tickets, excluding other rights and interests previously bound with tickets. If the original ticket product you purchased contains other rights and interests, such as food and beverage coupons, you can choose to refund the whole ticket through the original purchase channel. )

Visitors who cannot visit in the next six months for some reason can get a refund. Visitors who have purchased tickets through the official website of Shanghai Disney Resort, App, WeChat official account, Shanghai Disney Resort reservation service center, official flagship store of Flying Pig in the resort or JD.COM official flagship store can submit a refund application through Shanghai Disney Resort official App, and the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 45 working days. About the products and services of other resorts on the specified date

Visitors who purchase exclusive Disney cards, Disney concierge services, food and beverage vouchers and other products and services of Shanghai Disneyland through Shanghai Disney Resort official website, App, WeChat WeChat official account official account, Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Service Center, Flying Pig Resort official flagship store or JD.COM official flagship store on or after June 3, 2022 will be automatically refunded from the original purchase channels.
