Hetian jade is a member of tremolite-iron actinolite series minerals. Tremolite belongs to calcareous amphibole subfamily among amphibole minerals, and is one of the "four famous jade in China", so it is named after Hetian, Xinjiang. The main structure of Hetian jade is metamorphic structure, including felted aphanitic metamorphic structure, microfiber-aphanitic metamorphic structure and microfiber metamorphic structure.
