"Shen-Lu Expressway" starts from shenqiu county, Zhoukou City and ends in Lushi County, Sanmenxia City. 2021Shangcai section of Shen-Lu Expressway started on February 24th, 2024, and it was still not completed in 2023. The route runs from east to west, passing through Yangji, Caigou, He Dian, Dangdian, Taqiao, Zhuhu, Wulong, Qihai, Chongyang, Lugang, Shaodian, Huangbu, Daluli and Wu Liangsi in Shangcai County.
