1. Open the mobile phone WeChat APP, search and follow the official account of "Wangka Assistant" WeChat.
2. Enter the official account of Wangka Assistant WeChat and click the "Service" option at the bottom of the page.
3. After clicking the "Service" option, always click "Customer Service Center" at the bottom of the pop-up information bar.
4. Click "Customer Service Center", click "Submit Question" at the bottom left of the page, and click Enter.
5. Click "Submit Question", select the "Card Not Received" option at the top right, and click Enter.
6. Click "Unreceived Card" to enter the FAQ interface, and select "Submit Problem Feedback" below.
7. After entering the "Question Feedback" interface, click "Question Type" and select "Other".
8. Fill in the corresponding information according to the interface requirements. After submission, relevant customer service will cancel the post-order service.
