In order to meet the needs of the work of all levels of organs in our city (including the administrative units referring to the Civil Service Law, the same below), according to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions on the Employment of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and the Implementation Measures for the Employment of Civil Servants in Chongqing, it is decided by the Organization Department of Chongqing Municipal Committee, Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chongqing Civil Service Bureau. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the candidate
Candidates are fresh graduates of 20 1 1 full-time colleges and universities and people with college education or above.
Applicants who are not permanent residents in Chongqing must obtain a bachelor's degree or above from full-time ordinary colleges and universities, and obtain a bachelor's degree or above. To apply for permanent residence in Chongqing, you must obtain a junior college degree or above in national education.

Second, the application conditions
(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. The age is 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between March 24, 1975 and March 24, 1993), and the age of new master's and doctoral students (not working) can be appropriately relaxed to under 40 years old (1born after March 24, 970)
3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
4. Good conduct;
5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;
7. Have the qualifications required for the proposed position (see annex 1 for details).
(2) Other requirements:
1. If the recruitment position requires work experience, the applicant must have corresponding work experience. Among them, grassroots work experience refers to his work experience at the grass-roots level and the production line, that is, he has worked in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations below the county level. I have worked in military regiments and units below the equivalent regiments, which can be regarded as grass-roots work experience. The social practice experience of college graduates during their school days is not regarded as work experience. Work experience calculation time is up to 20 11August1.
2. The following persons shall not be registered:

3.20 1 1 Undergraduate and graduate students who study full-time in full-time colleges and universities and have not graduated cannot apply for the exam with their academic qualifications (degrees).
4. Do not apply for the position of avoidance relationship as stipulated in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law.
Third, the recruitment method
Recruitment is conducted by written examination, physical fitness test (limited to candidates who apply for Chongqing Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Corps, the same below), interview, physical examination and inspection. Candidates compete for the same position in the same unit and are hired separately.
Four. Registration procedure

(2) Online registration
Online registration is implemented in this exam, and there is no on-site registration.
1. Submit the application. Applicants can log in to the column of "Registration and Printing Admission Ticket" under the column of "Online Service" on the homepage of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network from 9:00 on March 24th to 24: 00 on April 24th (201), or make inquiries through the column of "Chongqing 201Civil Service Examination Employment Information". Applicants can only choose one position in an institution to register, and can't register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time. Registration must be consistent with the ID card used in the exam. When registering, please read the letter of commitment of good faith carefully, fill in all the contents of the registration information truthfully and accurately, upload electronic photos (jpg format, below 20kb), and remember the registration serial number accurately (the registration serial number is an important basis and keyword for registration confirmation, downloading and printing the admission ticket, and inquiring the results).
The applicant shall be responsible for the information and materials submitted. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.
2. Pre-qualification. The county human resources and social security bureau and the municipal authorities shall conduct preliminary qualification examination online according to the materials submitted by the applicants online and the conditions of the positions they apply for, and put forward preliminary opinions within 2 days after the applicants register. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to apply for registration; If the preliminary examination fails, the reasons shall be explained; If the materials are incomplete, the missing contents shall be indicated and returned to the applicant for supplement. County-level human resources and social security bureaus and municipal authorities should download and print the application information form of those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination in time for qualification review and inspection. Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination should download and print their application information form in time for qualification review.
3. Inquire about the preliminary examination results of the qualification for the examination. Within 2 days after the applicants fill in the registration information, log on to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. If the information fails to pass the audit due to errors, it can be revised in time before 24:00 on April 3, and the qualification can be re-examined. Those who fail the preliminary qualification examination shall not take the examination. Candidates should carefully choose the units and positions they apply for. Once you pass the preliminary qualification examination, you may not change the applicant's unit and post (if you have any questions about the preliminary qualification examination results, you may consult the recruitment district, county and municipal authorities. 4. Pay online. After the applicants have passed the preliminary examination, they must pay the fee online before April 5 (according to the provisions of document YJYJ [2006]144, the written examination fee for civil servants is 50 yuan for each subject), so as to confirm the reference. If the payment is not confirmed within the specified time after online registration, it will be deemed as automatic waiver. The specific confirmation procedure is carried out according to the network prompt.
Applicants from urban families and rural absolutely poor families who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee can reduce or exempt the examination fee. When signing up to confirm the payment, the above-mentioned urban family applicants shall rely on the minimum living guarantee certificate and low guarantee (photocopy) issued by the civil affairs department at or above the county level where their families are located, and the applicants from rural absolutely poor families shall rely on the poor proof and basic information file card (photocopy) issued by the poverty alleviation office at or above the county level where their families are located. Work days before April 3rd (Monday to Friday, 9: 00 am-12: 00 am, afternoon 13:30- 17:30 am, the same below) to apply for exemption from examination fees at Chongqing Personnel Testing Center. You can also pay online first and apply for a refund at Chongqing Personnel Testing Center one working day before the written test. Those who fail to apply within the time limit will no longer be exempted from the examination fee.
5. Print the admission ticket. Those who have passed the preliminary examination of online registration qualification and paid the registration examination fee will log on to the "Registration and Printing of Admission Ticket" column under the "Online Service" column on the homepage of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network at 2018-24: 00 on April 23rd. Or print my admission ticket through the column of "Chongqing 20 1 1 Civil Servant Recruitment Information" (printed on A4 paper to ensure clear handwriting and photos), and bring my admission ticket and the original ID card to the examination place designated by the admission ticket on time on the day of the examination. If the admission ticket is not printed within the time limit, the responsibility for taking the exam will be borne by the applicants themselves.

The exam is divided into written test and interview. Only when the ratio of recruitment indicators to the number of applicants reaches the interview ratio of each recruitment position (see annex 1 for details) or above can the examination be started. If the proportion is not reached, the recruitment indicators will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. The score line for passing the written test shall be uniformly demarcated by Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Civil Service.
(2) On-site examination of registration qualifications
On-site review of registration qualifications will be conducted from May 30th to June 2nd. 20 1 1. Vacant positions that do not meet the examination requirements or voluntarily give up after examination can be filled by qualified candidates who apply for the same position in the same unit from high score to low score with the approval of the Municipal Civil Service Bureau.
(3) Physical fitness test
The physical fitness test of the candidates of Chongqing Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Corps was conducted from May 36, 2065438 to June 2, 2065438 +0 1, organized by Chongqing Civil Service Bureau and Chongqing Municipal Transportation Commission. According to the proportion of physical fitness test, from high score to low score, the physical fitness test candidates for the same position in the same unit are determined. If the results of the last applicant who entered the physical fitness test are tied, all the tied personnel will enter the physical fitness test. If the number of qualified people in the physical fitness test does not reach the required number in the interview ratio, with the approval of Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Civil Service, they can be replenished from high score to low score among qualified people in the same position in the same unit.
The physical fitness test shall be carried out according to the physical fitness test standard of Chongqing People's Police in the first half of 201/(see Annex 3 for details). Two or more physical fitness tests are qualified, and the results of physical fitness tests will be announced on the day of the end of the physical fitness test. Before May 30th, 20 1 1 year, if the state adjusts the physical fitness test items and standards, the new items and standards will be implemented.
(4) Interview
The interview was conducted from June 3 to 5, 201/kloc-0, organized and implemented by Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Civil Service. According to the interview proportion, the candidates who participated in the interview were selected in the written test (physical fitness test) of the same position in the same unit, and the written test scores were determined from high to low. If the results of the last candidate who enters the interview are tied, all the tied personnel will enter the interview.
If the interview proportion of the recruitment position cannot be reached, the recruitment index shall be recalculated according to the formula of "number of people entering the interview × interview proportion" (the decimal part of the calculation result shall be rounded off).
The interview was conducted in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing (No.2009 of People's Social Development151). The interview score is 100, and the qualified interview score is 60 points (if only 1 candidate is interviewed for a position, the recruitment index of 1 candidate for the position will be retained, and the qualified interview score of the candidate must reach the average score of all candidates in the same interview method on the day of the interview examiner group).
The professional knowledge of environmental protection added by Chongqing Environmental Monitoring Corps was carried out at 9: 00-1June, 20 11in the multi-function hall on the first floor of Chongqing Environmental Protection Bureau. Under the guidance and supervision of Chongqing Civil Service Bureau, the professional knowledge test is organized and implemented by Chongqing Environmental Protection Bureau. According to the interview proportion, from high score to low score, the candidates for the professional knowledge of the same position in the same unit are determined. According to the interview proportion of recruitment positions, those who have tied for the last place in the professional knowledge test will all enter the professional knowledge test. The full score of the professional knowledge of the additional test is 100, accounting for 30% of the total interview score. The calculation formula of the total interview score is: interview score ×70%+ professional knowledge score × 30%. On the second day of the professional knowledge examination, Chongqing Environmental Protection Bureau announced the professional knowledge examination results.
After the interview, the total score is calculated according to 60% of the candidates' written test scores and 40% of the interview scores. The calculation method of the total score is: the total score of applying for Chongqing Environmental Monitoring Corps = written test score of public subjects ÷2×60%+ interview score ×40%, and the total score of applying for other positions = written test score of public subjects ÷2×60%+ interview score ×40%.
On the end of the interview (the day after the number of interviewees exceeds 40), the total score and the list of candidates for medical examination will be announced to the candidates. Six, physical examination and inspection
(1) physical examination. Physical examination was conducted from June 6th, 201year to June 2nd, 20021year. According to the total score, the physical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the recruitment index 1: 1 of the same position in the same unit. When the total score of the last candidate who entered the physical examination is tied, the candidates who entered the physical examination are determined in the order of high score to low score according to the written test scores of public subjects and the test scores of administrative professional ability; If the above two results are the same, they shall be reported to the municipal competent department of civil servants for an additional test, and the candidates shall be sorted according to the order of the additional test results.
The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 19) and About Forwarding.
Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination (re-examination) at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the physical examination (re-examination).
Candidates or recruitment agencies who have doubts about the results of physical examination may put forward a second interview within 7 days after learning the conclusion of physical examination, and the second interview can only be conducted once, subject to the results of the second interview.

Nine. Disciplinary requirements
