Instructions and precautions for freshmen of Sichuan Normal University.
1. Handover of organizational relations in party member: those who are transferred from outside Sichuan must be transferred from the Party organization at or above the county level to the Party Construction Office of the Education Committee of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee with a paper letter of introduction, and marked "transferred from ×× (unit) to Sichuan Normal University"; Those transferred from Sichuan Province must be transferred to the corresponding Party branch of our school through the National party member Management Information System.
2. Transfer of League members' organizational relationship: The transfer of League members' organizational relationship must be carried out in the online "Smart League Building" system and offline document submission. Online transfer is organized by the school after the freshmen enter the school, initiated by the freshmen's transfer-out league branch, and transferred out successfully after being approved by the transfer-out organization administrator. Offline file submission includes: volunteer letter for joining the League, letter of introduction for the relationship between the League members, and membership card. The letter of introduction should accurately fill in the name of the transferring unit and the transferring unit (the transferring unit is the Committee of Sichuan Normal University of the Communist Youth League).
3. Student financial aid: The school ensures that freshmen from poor families can enter school smoothly through the "green channel". Students who have difficulty in paying tuition fees can apply for a national student loan from the local education department with the admission notice (the loan amount is determined according to the sum of tuition fees and accommodation fees). During the summer vacation, the school will receive all kinds of financial aid policy advice from freshmen with financial difficulties through the telephone number of the school's student financial aid management center (the telephone number is published on our online orientation website).
