1, firmware verification method
Wrong version:
The firmware minor version number is 10 1, which indicates Kirin firmware.
Correct version: 2.2. 102.5438+08.
Description: 10 1= Kirin, 102= concentric, please use concentric firmware version for delivery.
If you encounter the firmware of 10 1, that is, the firmware version doesn't match the unified letter UOS, please use the firmware version corresponding to the unified letter for delivery.
The following describes the firmware version information corresponding to Tongxin UOS:

The version requires 5.7.0.29 2.2.102.18 and above 1.00.56 and above.
2. Firmware update method
(1) risk warning
Updating firmware is risky, in order to avoid power failure and interruption. Before operating second-hand equipment, customers are strongly advised to back up their own files, data and other storage media. Please directly deliver the newly installed system with the required firmware. Please be sure to complete the firmware upgrade under the operation of Huawei engineers (or under the guidance of Huawei) to avoid over-warranty maintenance.
(2) Upgrade method
Prepare a USB flash drive larger than 16GB, and format it into fat 32 (FAT32 for WIN operation) or vfat format (vfat for uos operation).
Unzip the L420 firmware. Zip package, and copy the files in the decompressed directory to the root directory of the U disk.
Refer to the newly created OS flash guide _202304 18.pdf, page 3, to update the version between different OS systems (that is, the factory OS is different from the target OS) and start to flash the firmware.

Problem patch
There are two fixes for known issues in this release:
1, WPS replication problem patch
Problem description: WPS is copied to PPT in a table without tabular format, and it is impossible to copy one numeric cell to another. Charts are copied to PPT in a table without tabular format.
Fix: Install this patch on this system image to solve the above problems.
Operation method:
(1) Download Service Pack
(2) The script promotes the authority and completes the installation
After decompression, right-click in the current folder directory to open it in the terminal.
Enter ls -l to see if install.sh has x permission (drwxrwxrwx, r= read permission, w= write permission, x= execute permission).
Grant execute permission to install.sh After the permission is upgraded, enter ls -l to see if the execute permission is available.
Perform the installation. /install.sh

Historical system version problem solving
1, processing suggestion
(1) If it is not necessary to reinstall the system for customers, please refer to 0 1. High performance, 07. Service the system monitor. Restarting after installation will effectively improve the user experience.
(2) After the system patch is installed, it needs simple configuration. After configuration, it can be used normally.
(3) There is no format problem in 09. WPS replication, and it is also recommended to install it in the historical system environment. Please refer to the "Problem Patch".
2. Historical issues

Download: signed _ DDE-daemon _ 5.14.142.2+276365-1_ arm64.deb.
Install: Double-click the installation package.
Configuration: After restarting, control center-power management-general, and check the high performance mode.
