People's Republic of China (PRC) and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China stipulate that there are two ways to distinguish membership fee income:
One is to apply for membership or join the membership, and only membership is allowed. All other services or goods will be charged separately, and the income will be confirmed when the membership fee is obtained.
One is that after applying for membership or joining membership, members can get various services or goods without paying fees during the membership period, or sell goods or provide services at a price lower than that of non-members. The membership fee shall be confirmed by stages throughout the benefit period.
