Acts that violate the supervision and management regulations shall be dealt with according to law to ensure the seriousness and authority of community correction and law enforcement. The public knows little about the concept, content, purpose, significance and function of community correction, which leads to the widespread anxiety, fear, exclusion, prevention and discrimination of community correction personnel, and often adopts an uncooperative and unsupported attitude towards correction work, which increases the difficulty of socialization of correction.
2. Organizational mechanism needs to be strengthened. Community correction is comprehensive and involves many functional departments. At present, there is still a lack of effective organization and leadership and deliberation and coordination institutions at the county level, and the joint meeting system has not yet been established. The leadership and overall planning of community correction need to be further strengthened. The relevant functional departments have not yet formed an effective joint force in practical work, and sometimes there are some phenomena of being out of place and out of sync in the transmission of legal documents, the handover of personnel and supervision and management.
3. There is a serious shortage of labor. Judicial office is the main force of community correction, and undertakes the related work of community correction according to the entrustment of community correction institutions. In practical work, grassroots judicial offices have many affairs and wide responsibilities, and they not only undertake the task of community correction, but also undertake the central work of township rule of law propaganda, people's mediation, legal services, legal aid, resettlement education and comprehensive management. However, the staffing of judicial offices in China is seriously inadequate. There are X judicial offices in the county with X staff, including X people, X people, X people, and only X people.
4. The construction of community correction centers lags behind. Community correction has been carried out in our county for 14 years, but county-level community correction institutions still do not have their own fixed places and have been living by renting houses. The site area and internal facilities can't meet the requirements of higher level standardization, and the standardization and seriousness of law enforcement are greatly reduced.
5. Funding guarantee is not in place. At present, the daily supervision, pre-trial investigation and evaluation, archives, law enforcement, office facilities and training of community corrections personnel all need a lot of money. 6. The participation of social forces is not high. First, the community participation of community correction determines that community correction needs the intervention of social forces. In practice, the carrying function of rural areas and communities is not strong, the volunteer resources, volunteer service awareness and incentive mechanism are lacking, and the participation of social forces is limited. Second, poverty alleviation is directly related to whether community prisoners can smoothly integrate into society. However, at present, our county's social assistance, vocational education, employment guidance and other assistance measures for community prisoners are not targeted, and the depth and breadth of social forces' participation in assistance are not enough. The help of community prisoners in re-employment, family maintenance, social adaptation and mental health needs to be strengthened.

The county should take the opportunity of studying, publicizing and implementing the Community Correction Law as an opportunity, seriously organize and carry out the study, publicity and education of the Community Correction Law, actively promote the establishment of the XX County Community Correction Committee according to law, comprehensively clean up and revise the existing community correction rules and regulations, do a good job in the implementation of the Community Correction Law according to law, and strive to promote the high-quality development of the county's community correction work. It is necessary to make full use of news media such as television, radio, newspapers, radio stations and the Internet, vigorously publicize the community correction work, and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to attach importance to, care for, support and participate in the community correction work.
2. Improve the community correction guarantee mechanism. Conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the Community Correction Law, strengthen the guarantee of community correction institutions, teams, places and funds, and create a more powerful development environment for community correction work. First, the county government should set up the XX County Community Correction Committee according to law, strengthen organizational guarantee, and give play to its leadership and overall coordination role; Second, the Bureau of Justice put forward the idea of setting up community correction institutions, and approved them according to the prescribed authority and procedures; The people's government at the county level should properly solve the problem of the construction of fixed places for community correction institutions and standardize criminal execution according to law; The third is to strengthen team building. The county-level government should strictly follow the provisions of the Community Correction Law, include the community correction funds separately in the fiscal budget at the corresponding level, and establish a dynamic growth mechanism of community correction funds according to the needs of economic and social development and practical work.
3. Constantly optimize the new mechanism of community correction.
