2. Preliminary qualification examination

Time: 9: 00 on June 29th, 2022 to July 5th, 2022 16: 00.

During this period, the recruitment unit will conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the candidates, and those who meet the recruitment conditions will be eligible for the examination. Personal information provided by candidates must be true and valid. During the preliminary examination, the system is not open to candidates.

The ratio of the number of people applying for the same position to the number of people in the recruitment plan cannot be less than 3: 1. If the ratio of qualified applicants to the number of people in the recruitment plan is less than 3: 1 within the specified registration time, the recruitment for this position will be cancelled.

3. On-site qualification examination

Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination shall go to the designated place for on-site qualification examination with their ID card, household registration book, academic degree certificate (and provide the electronic registration and filing form of academic degree certificate generated by the student information network of the Ministry of Education, and those who have returned from studying abroad provide academic degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education), proof of payment of endowment insurance over the years, labor contract or work experience certificate issued by the unit. Due to the needs of the epidemic, it is also necessary to provide health declaration forms and other relevant materials for epidemic prevention and control. Candidates who pass the qualification review will receive the examination notice on the spot.

If the documents (certificates) are incomplete or the provided documents (certificates) do not meet the recruitment qualification conditions, or all the required materials cannot be provided before the specified date of qualification review 15:00, it will be regarded as a failure of qualification review. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

(2) Examination

The examination is conducted by combining "professional skill test and trial lecture".

The total score of professional skills test 100, and those below 60 will be eliminated. After the professional skills test, according to the test scores from high to low, the target audience will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 (those with insufficient ratio will enter the trial lecture according to the actual number).

The total score of the examination is 60% of the professional skill test score, and the trial lecture score is 40%, with a full score of 100.

After receiving the telephone call, the medical examiner will attend the medical examination at the designated place at the required time. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the policy of Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 140), and they shall not attend the physical examination at the specified time and place.

Those who pass the medical examination enter the inspection. The school will make a detailed investigation on the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who pass the medical examination. Those who fail the examination will be eliminated.

When a job vacancy occurs due to reasons such as unqualified physical examination or inspection or personal abandonment, those who pass the exam results of the job vacancy will be replenished from high score to low score.

(4) Open recruitment

After being approved by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the website of Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the recruitment website of Zhejiang Wanli University for 7 working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the school shall go through the formalities for the transfer of personnel relations and sign an employment contract. When handling the personnel relationship transfer procedures, the files will still be reviewed.
