Analysis on the construction of hospital information infrastructure.

2.2.3 storage mode selection: SAN technology With the continuous increase of hospital network data and frequent data exchange, hospitals also realize that the original DAS (Direct Attached Storage) mode can not meet the increasing data storage performance requirements. On the whole, the popular data storage network is SAN(StorageAreaNetwork), and the whole storage is connected to the enterprise LAN where the server is located as a separate network. Among them, the optical fiber switch model is IBMSAN24B, and the storage model is IBMDS5020, all of which realize the hot standby function. The performance and safety are greatly improved.

Each access switch is interconnected with two core switches through two uplink lines, and the two uplink lines are aggregated into a port group through the link aggregation function, and the core end is also aggregated into a port group through the link aggregation function, so that when one line fails, the normal operation of the whole network can be guaranteed.

3. Use after infrastructure construction

After the completion of infrastructure construction, the requirements of the humanistic office environment such as hospital modernization, informationization, safety, high efficiency and energy saving have been basically realized. Network security and reliability: The hospital network has implemented a physical isolation scheme between the internal and external networks, combined with the protection of firewall and network antivirus software, which provides a strong guarantee for data security. The redundant management of important equipment is realized, and the network and data security coefficient are greatly improved. Advanced and practical network: single-mode optical fiber has the characteristics of long transmission distance, high transmission bandwidth, low bit error rate and high stability. Connecting optical fiber modules through switches makes network transmission more efficient, safe and convenient.

Manageability and scalability of the network: two H3C7506E-V switches are used in the core switch, and H3C5 120 switches are used in the access layer, which realizes the remote maintenance of the switches, improves the manageability and security of the network, and provides a foundation for network expansion. Among them, 8-core single-mode optical fiber uses 4 cores in the internal network (one pair of transmitting and receiving and one pair of redundancy), 2 cores in the external network, and the remaining 2 cores can be used for emergency and redundancy. Efficient and convenient network: In the past, it took a few minutes for the network client to query or write the patient's medical data, but now it only takes a few seconds, greatly shortening the time for medical treatment. 4. Insufficient information construction

The performance and stability of ordinary precision air conditioning used in computer room are relatively poor. The failure of air conditioning hardware will lead to the temperature rise of the computer room, server shutdown and network paralysis, and the seriousness of the problem can be imagined. It is recommended to use two air conditioners and two machines to work at the same time to improve the safe operation of the computer room. If the intrusion detection system is not installed, such as handheld hospital, appointment registration, remote consultation and direct call of PACS images on the intranet, it is recommended to buy it. There are more than 15 databases and application servers in the computer room, which is complicated to operate and difficult to manage.
