Sister Dan Qing: What does a patient with good medical compliance look like?

Outpatient service is slightly different from ward service. Most of the patients we see in the outpatient department are chronic patients who need long-term treatment and frequent follow-up.

Patients with good medical compliance are normal peers in Dachuan, and there is nothing special. Some patients are even better than their peers, especially those who have entered the ranks of the elderly.

For example, patients with atrial fibrillation who need to take warfarin orally, and those who strictly follow the doctor's advice and reach the coagulation standard, most of them can take care of themselves and do daily physical activities, such as washing clothes, cooking, cleaning, buying food and so on.

Another example is some patients with heart failure. When I first came, my family pushed a wheelchair to see a doctor. After being treated by the outpatient system, they can now see a doctor by themselves. Wearing sneakers definitely doesn't look like an old man in his 70 s from the back.

What I said is mainly to explain a problem. Doctors are good, patients can get not only medical technical support, but also psychological and emotional support.

So doctors go to a higher level to treat diseases, not mainly to treat diseases.
