Minors traveling abroad: Students and 1 children under the age of 8 should submit the following materials: (1) The birth certificate must be fair (original proof of kinship) and indicate the parents' names. (2) If the minor is not accompanied by both parents or is accompanied by only one parent or both parents, a: The parents permit the notarization of the exit certificate. This certificate is signed by one or both parents who have not accompanied the minor abroad. The ID cards of one or both parents who signed this certificate must be provided together.
