The main responsibilities of Shandong Provincial Department of Culture:

(a) to draft local laws and regulations on the protection of culture, art and cultural relics, formulate relevant policies and organize their implementation.

(two) to formulate the development plan of the province's cultural and artistic undertakings and organize their implementation; Promote the institutional reform in the field of culture and art in the province.
