The commonweal learning project is a brand project of employee culture that has been successfully developed for many years by Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions in cooperation with Shanghai Workers' Cultural Palace, aiming at the "fragmentation time" of white-collar workers after work.
The field version of the course has teaching points in many districts of the city, and the enterprise version of the course has sent cultural training to a large number of enterprises, which has rich successful experience in enriching employees' spare time and cultivating and leading employees' culture.

Employees exist in enterprises, institutions and institutions, among which enterprises include employees of state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises, joint-stock cooperative enterprises, joint ventures, other limited liability companies, other joint stock limited companies, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and individual economic organizations.

Termination benefits:

Refers to all employee salaries except short-term wages, post-employment benefits and dismissal benefits, including long-term paid absences, other long-term service benefits, long-term disability benefits, long-term profit sharing plans and long-term capital plans.
