With the consent of the competent department of graduate employment, the employer can go to the school to recruit graduates. Article 7 Graduates who do not enjoy all kinds of scholarships after the implementation of the fee-based academic system will be employed through the railway talent (graduate employment) market under the policy guidance of the state and the Ministry of Railways, and most of them will choose their own jobs on the road.

Through the "two-way choice" under the market mechanism, they can put forward the employment proposal plan for graduates, which will be incorporated into the employment plan for railway graduates after examination by the Ministry.
(4) Under the guidance of the school, graduates can voluntarily apply to participate in the employment activities recommended by the school or the railway talent (graduate employment) market according to the needs of the employer, and the school will be included in the employment plan according to the agreement signed with the employer. Article 8 Students who graduate at their own expense shall, in accordance with the provisions of the state, choose their own jobs by means of school recommendation and self-recommendation, and by means of social employment.

The subordinate units and institutions of the head office do not directly employ self-funded graduates.

(3) Graduates hired at their own expense can be assigned to management positions or professional and technical positions according to work needs, and can also be assigned to workers' positions. Among them, the probation period of 1 year shall be implemented for those who are assigned to management posts or professional and technical posts, and the probation period of half a year shall be implemented for those who are assigned to workers' posts.
