Article 2 After graduation, students who are included in the national task plan are arranged by the supply and demand to find jobs and directed to return to their original units in accordance with the principle of "taking the main road first, taking the back road first, focusing on the general and selecting the best placement"; Graduates included in the social adjustment plan entrust the original entrusted training unit to find employment, and students at their own expense choose their own jobs according to the social employment mode. Article 3 Establish and improve the railway talent (graduate employment) market. Recently, graduates of the national task plan can arrange employment through the railway talent market after meeting the needs of key units and urgently needed units of the Ministry; Students who enter the school after the implementation of the fee-based academic system will choose their own jobs through the railway talent market under the policy guidance of the state and the Ministry of Railways after graduation. Article 4 In order to meet the needs of key railway units, key construction projects, remote areas and some hard industries, education, health, scientific research and other units, the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Railways issues employment plans for some key units for graduates included in the national task plan, and the Personnel Exchange Training Center of the Ministry of Railways is responsible for the specific organization and implementation of the dispatch; For students enrolled after the implementation of the fee-based academic system, the Ministry of Railways and the departments, regions or units in urgent need of graduates shall establish special or targeted scholarships, and graduates who enjoy special or targeted scholarships shall be employed according to the contract. Article 5 Graduates who exceed the demand of railway units shall be directly recommended by the school to off-road employers, or introduced to talent exchange institutions at all levels and graduate employment guidance institutions, and choose their own jobs in accordance with relevant state policies. Chapter II Preparation Methods of Graduates' Employment Plan Article 6 Graduates under the national task plan and those who enjoy special scholarships from the state and the Ministry after paid admission shall be implemented by the Ministry, the school and the employing unit through "meeting supply and demand" and "two-way selection".

With the consent of the competent department of graduate employment, the employer can go to the school to recruit graduates. Article 7 Graduates who do not enjoy all kinds of scholarships after the implementation of the fee-based academic system will be employed through the railway talent (graduate employment) market under the policy guidance of the state and the Ministry of Railways, and most of them will choose their own jobs on the road.

(3) Schools can hold various forms of job fairs, information meetings and promotion meetings according to the national employment policies, under the macro guidance of the Ministry of Railways and the needs of employers. Through the "two-way choice" under the market mechanism, they can put forward the employment proposal plan for graduates, which will be incorporated into the employment plan for railway graduates after examination by the Ministry.

(4) Under the guidance of the school, graduates can voluntarily apply to participate in the employment activities recommended by the school or the railway talent (graduate employment) market according to the needs of the employer, and the school will be included in the employment plan according to the agreement signed with the employer. Article 8 Students who graduate at their own expense shall, in accordance with the provisions of the state, choose their own jobs by means of school recommendation and self-recommendation, and by means of social employment.

(1) The principles for railway units to recruit self-funded graduates are: matching majors, selecting the best according to needs, facing the grassroots and enriching the front line of railway production. The subordinate units and institutions of the head office do not directly employ self-funded graduates.

(two) the intention to receive the unit to review the qualifications of self-funded graduates, fill out the "Approval Form for Employment of Self-funded Graduates of the Ministry of Railways" in triplicate, and report it to the Talent Exchange and Training Center of the Ministry of Railways for approval. After the approval form is stamped with the special seal for the employment of college graduates of the Ministry of Railways, the school and the entry unit shall go through the sending and receiving procedures respectively.

(3) Graduates hired at their own expense can be assigned to management positions or professional and technical positions according to work needs, and can also be assigned to workers' positions. Among them, the probation period of 1 year shall be implemented for those who are assigned to management posts or professional and technical posts, and the probation period of half a year shall be implemented for those who are assigned to workers' posts. Those who pass the probation period (probation period) shall be employed in the corresponding posts; Those who fail can be fired.
