First, study hard and improve your own quality in an all-round way.
Office work is a special post, which needs to constantly update knowledge and improve quality. In order to meet this requirement, I attach great importance to learning and improvement: first, learn from books. After work, I always use some spare time to learn from books. Besides reading newspapers and magazines such as China Post, Yunnan Post and Modern Post, I often buy some reference books at my own expense. For example, when I first joined the company, I bought more than 100 yuan of secretarial books at my own expense in order to enter the post role as soon as possible. The second is to learn from leaders. Working in an office gives you more opportunities to meet leaders. Over the past year, I have personally experienced the personality charm, leadership style and work art of the leaders of the Municipal Bureau, which has benefited a lot and gained a lot. The third is to learn from colleagues. The ancients said that a threesome must have a teacher. As a college graduate, if you don't study with an open mind and actively seek advice, the lack of practical experience will definitely become a bottleneck restricting the development of a worker's ability. I think every colleague in the bureau is my teacher. Among them, there are business backbones, elite soldiers and writers. It is by constantly learning from them with an open mind and turning book experience into practical experience that we can constantly improve our quality and ability and basically be competent for our work. After working in the bureau for five months, I have made great progress in professionalism, ideological realm, professional quality and work ability, and completed my job well.
Second, strengthen self-cultivation and always pay attention to self-discipline.
Working in an office, I have extensive contacts with superiors and subordinates and all walks of life. I always remember that I am a member of the post office and a soldier around the leader. I pay attention to restraining my words and deeds, and I am modest and respectful to my superiors and leaders at all levels. Be strict with yourself and be lenient with grassroots and colleagues; To the society and the outside world, be open-minded and self-respecting. In short, we should strive to be neither arrogant nor impetuous, and pay attention to maintaining the prestige of leaders at all levels and the overall image of postal enterprises with our own words and deeds.
Third, work hard and repay the care of leaders and colleagues.
Since I just joined the work, the leaders and colleagues of the bureau have cared about me politically, helped me at work and cared about me in life. I can have today, and I will never forget the care of leaders and comrades. My only way to repay is to work hard. I cherish this hard-won job and this good working environment. At the same time, I was deeply moved by the professionalism of the bureau leaders and all the comrades in the organs. In the past six months, I have never talked about any objective reasons and conditions for all the work arranged by the leaders, and I have been working hard to complete it in obscurity. According to my own rough statistics, I have written nearly dozens of written materials. Whenever my work is recognized by leaders and comrades, whenever I think that my efforts can play a certain role in the development of postal services, the sense of accomplishment and pride can't be expressed in any language. Work is not only a means for me to make a living, but also the best way for me to repay my leaders and comrades, and the only choice for a person to realize the value of life.
Fourth, perform your duties wholeheartedly, serve the leaders wholeheartedly and serve the grassroots.
As an office secretary, my understanding is that there is no right to seek benefits and enjoy treatment, only the obligation to take responsibility and work hard. In the usual work, never haggle over every ounce about the work assigned by the leaders, and strive to complete it with good quality and quantity; I can also treat my work with a positive attitude and work hard to finish it, so as not to be offside, not in place, and not dereliction of duty. During the activity, we have made a new orientation of the office work and system around the general goal of establishing an efficient, coordinated and standardized management system. The first is to standardize the basic requirements of office work. We must "understand the rules". Through study and education, strict rewards and punishments and discipline, every member of the office knows what can and cannot be done. What can and cannot be said; What to say and what not to say; There are rules in doing things, and you can't cross the line and break the rules; The second is to standardize the basic principles of office work and achieve "stressing procedures". Office staff are required to circulate and examine the provisions of the provincial and municipal bureaus, issue some important documents and answer important matters. Which procedure to take, we must follow the procedure to the letter, and we must not omit, simplify or delay it; The third is to standardize the effectiveness of office work. To realize the "image of a tree", we should start with the establishment of rules and regulations, and pay close attention to the implementation of standardized management. This year, five normative documents have been issued, which make detailed provisions on working procedures and disciplinary requirements such as vehicles, seals, writing, printing and confidentiality systems. In specific work, we should focus on writing, meeting and handling affairs, and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of work in accordance with the requirements of standardized construction. Strengthen the coordination of important activities, important documents, important meetings, major issues, up and down, internal and external working relations; Scientific and streamlined structural arrangements were made for meeting materials, proposals, topics and meeting order; The drafted work report is efficient, high-quality and targeted; Official document processing is accurate and standardized, and it is transmitted quickly. In order to improve work efficiency, two microcomputers were added and laser printers and scanners were installed in hardware construction, which realized the networking of all districts, counties and outlets, and the level of office automation was obviously improved. The improvement of standardization level ensures the normal and orderly daily work, the smooth release of information and the smooth communication between left and right, and provides a reliable guarantee for the smooth completion of all work.
For many years, vehicle management has been a key link in office work. In accordance with the requirements of the leaders of the Municipal Bureau, strictly exercise management functions and strengthen service awareness. In view of the hot and difficult problems of government official vehicles, the regulations on strengthening the management of motor vehicles and traffic safety in the industry, the measures for the management of automobile repair fees and automobile fuel consumption, the monthly mileage and the amount of oyster sauce are formulated. Centralized management and fixed-point maintenance of buses not only ensure the intact rate of vehicles, but also greatly reduce various expenses.
Third, strengthen the sense of dedication and strive to create a good spirit of unity and hard work.
Office work is mostly a matter of "no one looking for it, no one looking for it", which is both professional and cumbersome. Therefore, regardless of fame and fortune, being brave in dedication, shouldering heavy burdens, being willing to bear hardships, putting work first and being willing to be poor are the basic requirements for the quality of office staff. According to the actual situation of the office, we focus on education and guidance. First, vigorously carry forward the style of study, constantly guide and motivate government functionaries to strengthen their study of knowledge that is conducive to doing a good job in government work, broaden their knowledge fields, update their knowledge structure, improve their knowledge level, persist in learning from practice and the masses, and draw rich knowledge and nutrition from reform, opening up and economic construction. At the same time, we also pay attention to organizing employees to strengthen the training and exercise of basic skills, constantly explore the law of doing their jobs well, and strive to become experts; The second is to strengthen dedication education. Busy office, many ideas, and sometimes overtime. Over time, some comrades showed boredom. In view of this situation, through the combination of random education and solving practical problems, we make the staff of the government firmly establish the spirit of being indifferent to fame and fortune, hard work, selfless dedication, love and dedication, be strict, stand up to exercise, endure hardship, poverty and loneliness, and enrich and improve themselves through hard exercise.
