1. Company name. After the company type, name, registered capital, shareholders and contribution ratio are determined, an application for name verification shall be submitted to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau on site or online. The company name generally consists of four parts: administrative division, font size, industry (not required) and organizational form. 2. An application for registration of company establishment signed or sealed by the legal representative of the company. All shareholders shall sign or seal the certificate of the designated representative or entrusted agent, and provide a copy of the identity certificate of the designated representative or entrusted agent. The Articles of Association shall be signed or sealed by all shareholders. Copies of identity cards or other qualification certificates of all shareholders (if the shareholders are enterprises, the original and copy of the business license shall be submitted. If the shareholder is a public institution, a copy of the registration certificate of the public institution shall be submitted. If the shareholder is an enterprise legal person, a copy of the registration certificate of the enterprise legal person shall be submitted. 3. Get the license, pass the verification, and obtain the business license after the data is approved.
