The Measures for the Administration of Chinese Cultural Heritage Signs stipulates that:
Sixth Chinese cultural heritage signs can be used for public welfare activities and commercial activities.
Chinese cultural heritage symbol holders encourage the use of symbols in public welfare activities to protect cultural heritage. China Cultural Relics Information Consulting Center shall guide and supervise the use of Chinese cultural heritage signs in public welfare activities.
Users who use Chinese cultural heritage signs for commercial activities shall apply to China Cultural Relics Information Consulting Center in advance and obtain permission.
Article 8 Where Chinese cultural heritage signs are used for commercial activities, an Application for the Use of Chinese Cultural Heritage Signs shall be provided to China Cultural Relics Information Consulting Center in duplicate, together with the original or photocopy of the applicant's business license or legal person qualification certificate. A copy of the applicant's legal person business license or legal person qualification certificate shall be stamped with the official seal of the applicant.
