In the first two scenes, Rosamund Pike was established as the framework for the murder of her husband Ben Affleck. She is a very clever woman with psychotic tendencies.
She wanted Nick to be hanged because she was angry that he ignored and cheated her. She cleverly planned her own trick to lead the police to all the clues she found for them, which were enough to hint at Nick.
So far, it's not completely convincing, but it's ok.
But then things started to get worse. First, Amy was easily robbed by two thieves in a hotel where she was hiding. When playing golf, she put money in front of them. How convenient!
But this is understandable, because it is just a device to show Amy's bankruptcy and let her associate with her former suitor, super-rich Desi (neil patrick harris). He put Amy in a fashionable mansion with surveillance cameras everywhere.
Amy was happy to stay there until she saw Nick look regretful on TV. Her heart melted and she wanted to go back to him. But she just can't go back. She needs an alibi to prove her disappearance. In addition, Desi is another possessive psychopath.
Amy is watching Nick on TV.
Therefore, she murdered Desi, framed her for kidnapping and beat her. The FBI believed her story, but Amy didn't believe anything.
Enter key drawing holes (too many):
1- Amy hurt herself at Desi's house, made herself look like Daisy abused her, and then abused her in front of the surveillance camera, which proved that Desi was a bad person.
But she has lived in Desi's house for many days, and the camera will record the scene when she happily walks into Desi's house and when she is not in distress. After she pretended to be "dead" for many days, she also went to Desi's residence, so she was not on the video for those days. Even if she selectively deleted the material, this in itself would arouse suspicion.

2- Amy was obviously beaten with a stick, which explains the blood in the house where she was kidnapped. But she came back with no head injuries. She left for about a month. Unless she is Wolverine, the wound won't heal so fast.

3- Amy's friend is very clever. In the motel, even though she saw Amy on TV many times, she didn't recognize her. Because Amy wears glasses and has short hair? )

4- Then there is the whole story of Amy, that is, sperm fertilization between Amy and Nick. It is estimated that Ike's sperm will be destroyed by the clinic. Why would the clinic hide Nick's sample?
Think about it. This woman gave some testimony against her husband, making him look like a murderer. Then, you found out that she killed someone who used to have a restraining order. Will this cast doubt on a competent organization like the FBI, especially when the detective in charge of the case (kim dickens) doesn't believe Amy's story?
This brings me the most obvious plot loophole.
5- It is impossible for the FBI to buy Amy's story so quickly that it fired the detective who has been engaged in this case for a long time and made good progress.
