Tell you what foreign certifications your English cow (or professional English, that is, computer English cow) can consider: Microsoft's; Cisco and stuff like that are awesome.
If you want to get a convincing work certificate in China, take the soft exam. (Metropolis majoring in computer science chooses to consider this soft exam. )
Computer grade is only a level test, and its certificate is only a reference for employers. Non-computer professionals will have greater reference value if they attend this course.
