Implement the subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities with national student loans as the main content, and promote related work; Implement the financial aid policy for students from poor families in the compulsory education stage with "two exemptions and one subsidy" (exemption of book fees, tuition and miscellaneous fees, and payment of living allowance for boarders) as the main content.
Implement the financial aid policy for students from other poor families in primary and secondary schools and promote related work; Responsible for completing the tasks assigned by the inter-ministerial coordination group of national student loans and the inter-ministerial coordination group of "two exemptions and one subsidy".
Responsibilities of Guangdong Mechanical and Electrical Student Financial Assistance Service Center:
1. Be responsible for the overall activity operation plan of improving the quality of students with the certificate of economist in Guangdong Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology, the cooperation and docking of students' public service sectors, the management of work-study post operation team, and the recruitment of army funds.
2. Be responsible for the evaluation, validation and distribution of national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants and on-campus scholarships.
3. Students sign up for compulsory military service. The state subsidizes the tuition fees and loan compensation for enlisted soldiers and the tuition fees for returning to school after retirement.
4. Funding policy for minority college students, supporting the qualification examination of disabled education projects in South Guangdong.
5. Be responsible for the application, qualification examination, post distribution, salary statistics and distribution of work-study jobs in the whole school.
