Call center qualification is divided into whole network and ground network. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is responsible for the whole network, and the provincial communications administration is responsible for the ground network.

Enterprises applying for a call center license need to meet the following conditions:

2. Having funds and professionals suitable for business activities;

3, feasibility study report and related technical solutions;

4. Necessary sites and facilities;

5. Have the reputation and ability to provide users with long-term services;

6. There have been no major violations in the last three years.

Materials required for handling the call center license:

1. Original and photocopy of the Company's Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person;

2. Articles of Association (stamped with the original archive inquiry seal of the Administration for Industry and Commerce);

3. A complete and detailed equity structure chart (signed by the legal person and sealed by the company); Shareholders of the company are natural persons, and copies of their ID cards are required; If the shareholder of the company is an enterprise legal person, it is required to submit a copy of the business license and articles of association (stamped with the original file inquiry seal of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau);

4. Copy of the business license of the established branch, or copy of the business license of the holding subsidiary and the articles of association of the holding subsidiary;

5. A company newly established within one year shall submit the original capital verification report issued by an accounting firm; A company established for more than one year shall submit the latest (within one year) audit report issued by an accounting firm;

6. List of main management and technical personnel of the company (including name, position, education, contact information, etc.). ), as well as a copy of the ID card and relevant qualification certificates;
