The second company of China Construction Eighth Bureau was formerly known as 22 1 Infrastructure Corps of Engineers. After three transformations, it was reorganized into the second construction company of China Construction Eighth Bureau in September 1983. In June, 2006, it completed the overall restructuring of the enterprise and became a limited liability company with diversified shareholding structure and state holding. It is an enterprise unit, and a public institution is a concept juxtaposed with an enterprise.
Institutions accept the leadership of the government and are legal entities in the form of organizations or institutions.
