How to query the order of Jingdong Logistics?

In JD.COM, you can easily query logistics information by logging into your account, entering the order page, selecting an order and viewing detailed information.

1. First, log in to JD.COM account; Secondly, go to the personal center page and click "My Order".

2. In the order list, select the order to query, and click to enter the order details page.

3. On the details page, you can view the logistics information of the order, including the courier company, courier number and logistics status. For more detailed information, please click "View Shipping List" or "Shipping Information" for further inquiry.
