1. First, the complaint reporting channels are smooth. Local transportation authorities should open the telephone for reporting transportation complaints, optimize and upgrade the 12328 telephone system, improve the operation and management mechanism, rationally allocate the number of seats, implement 7×24-hour manual seating and self-help voice service, strictly implement the responsibility system for answering the telephone, and further improve the efficiency of business acceptance and handling.
