I. Application Conditions and Treatment

4. Applicants are generally under 30 years old (198611born after October 65438); The intermediate title can be relaxed to 35 years old (198 1 year 1 month 1 day later);
5. To meet the qualifications required for applying for the position (see Annex 1 for details) and obtain full-time academic qualifications and degrees in ordinary colleges and universities, graduation certificates and degree certificates must be obtained before August 3, 20 16, and the academic qualifications of returned overseas students must be certified by China Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and on August 3, 20 16.
6. After the candidate is hired, the salary is the same as that of the staff with the same conditions in the school, and he enjoys the provident fund, housing subsidies and five insurances and one gold.

(1) Time and method of registration

(2) Matters needing attention in registration and qualification examination
1. Each applicant can only apply for one position (only one position code can be selected). Please submit the following materials when registering (please back up all kinds of materials yourself and do not return them):
(1) I recently took a 1 two-inch bareheaded front color photo;
(2) Fill in and send the email "Jiangsu Open University 20 15 Open Recruitment Staff (Third Round) Registration Form" (Annex 2) (a paper form that needs my signature for on-site registration);
(3) Fill in a concurrent email "Jiangsu Open University 20 15 Open Recruitment Staff (Third Round) Registration Information Summary" (Annex 3) (paper form is not required);
(4) Graduates need to provide: ID card, master's registration card, and a copy of the "Recommendation Form for Graduates' Two-way Choice of Employment" printed by the Provincial Department of Education; Copy of academic qualifications and degree certificates (if academic qualifications and degree certificates have not yet been issued, provide the certificate of fresh graduates issued by the graduate school (department or department) of the training school. (5) Social personnel are required to provide: a copy of the ID card; Copy of education and degree certificate (if you have obtained a degree abroad, you must provide a copy of the foreign degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education); Copy of professional and technical post certificate; Copies of vocational skill level certificates, English and computer level certificates, etc. ; Copies and catalogues of publicly published academic papers (indicating periodical name, year, period, starting and ending page numbers and the part I undertake), scientific research projects and research achievements, various awards and commendation certificates, works created by individuals and other supporting materials that can explain personal business level and achievements.
2. The registration and examination fee for this open recruitment is RMB 100.
3. After the registration, if the number of qualified applicants for the same position is less than 3 times of the number of recruits for this position, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment positions are cancelled, and an announcement will be made on the website of the Personnel Department of Jiangsu Open University. Involving the cancellation of recruitment positions, notify the relevant candidates and refund the registration and examination fees;
4. Candidates who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguineous relationship, collateral consanguineous relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the person in charge of the unit shall not apply for positions such as secretary of the person in charge of the unit or organization of personnel, finance, auditing and discipline inspection, or positions with the person in charge of the unit that have direct superior-subordinate leadership relationship.
Iii. Qualification examination
Candidates' qualifications will be reviewed before the first round of assessment, and candidates should prepare the original registration materials in advance. The specific audit time will be notified separately. All materials provided by the applicant must be true and accurate. If the application materials are fraudulent, once found, their qualifications for entering the examination, examination or employment will be cancelled immediately; If you are hired, you will unconditionally terminate the employment contract.
Fourth, evaluation
(1) Time and place of assessment
The examination time and place shall be notified to the candidates who have passed the qualification review by email.
(2) Evaluation procedure
The evaluation was conducted in two rounds.
1, the first round of assessment
A written examination will be given to all those who have passed the qualification examination. Only when the first round of assessment results reach 60% of the total score can they be qualified.
After the first round of assessment, according to the ratio of the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position 1:3, those who are qualified are determined to enter the second round of assessment. If it is a position with the lowest proportion of exams, all the people who took the first round of exams and passed the exams will enter the second round of exams.
The examination results of the candidates who participated in the first round of examination and the list of candidates who entered the second round of examination were published on the website of the Personnel Department of Jiangsu Open University.
2, the second round of evaluation
The second round of assessment is professional skill test, including trial lecture, on-site question and answer and comprehensive skill evaluation (professional and technical posts need to be tested in practice, subject to specific notice).
The results of the second round of assessment will be notified to the candidates on the spot by the assessment team. Only when the score of the second round of assessment reaches 60% of the total score can it be qualified.
(3) Performance calculation
The first round of assessment and the second round of assessment accounted for 30% and 70% of the total score respectively.
Namely: total score = written test score ×30%+ professional skill test score ×70%.
(4) Other related matters.
1, written test. The content includes: post comprehensive ability and personal comprehensive quality. The reference range will be notified during the qualification examination.
2. The scope of the trial and practical assessment will be notified to the students by email.
3. Comprehensive skill evaluation. The contents include: published papers, works, scientific research achievements and awards.
4. The examiner's comprehensive score and ranking (according to the specific post, ranking by post) will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of Jiangsu Open University within 10 working days after the second round of examination.
5. All evaluations are conducted in accordance with the evaluation procedures formulated by Jiangsu Open University. All recruitment work (from the deadline for registration to the final appointment and publicity) should be completed within 60 working days in principle.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) hire
After the examination, the final score of the candidates shall be determined according to the score calculation method specified in the announcement, and the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination hospital is the designated hospital of the school. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination, the replacement personnel will participate in the medical examination in the order of high score to low score. The total score of the personnel participating in the medical examination must reach 60 points or above.
For those who pass the physical examination, the unit will organize an inspection and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of the inspection and physical examination. The list of persons to be employed will be published on Jiangsu Personnel Service Network and Jiangsu Open University Personnel Department website for 7 working days, including the employing unit, job title, name of persons to be employed, current work or study unit, examination results, total score and ranking, etc.
For those who have no objection to publicity, after being audited and filed by Jiangsu Talent Flow Service Center, the unit will handle relevant employment procedures and sign employment contracts with them; After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The probation period of the employed personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Open University. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be appointed and graded according to the relevant regulations of the school. If the examination fails, the employment contract shall be terminated.
