Most exhibitors at home and abroad hope to get to know more buyers, reach more cooperation intentions, get more orders and improve the brand awareness of products through the Consumer Expo, the first national exhibition platform with the theme of consumer goods in China, rather than taking on-site sales as the main purpose.
Some enterprises' exhibits are only used for new product display and promotion, and are not sold to the outside world. A considerable number of exhibitors will also tour around Hainan with their exhibits after the exhibition.
At the same time, considering that some exhibitors are willing to sell their exhibits on-site, and some visitors have the demand for on-site purchase, exhibitors will be allowed to sell their exhibits on-site on the last day of the exhibition (May 10) according to the actual situation.
According to the Notice of the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China on April 26th, the audience can buy the imported exhibits on the duty-free list of the exhibits of the Consumer Expo at the exhibition site. Due to the limited number of on-site exhibits and the limited import duty-free quota, it may not be able to meet the needs of the public for on-site purchase.
During the exhibition, various duty-free shops will launch a variety of promotional activities, and exhibitors, buyers and various audiences can enjoy certain discounts on vouchers and electronic tickets. Specific preferential measures shall be subject to those announced by various businesses.
Consumer Expo is positioned as a professional exhibition of consumer goods, which is mainly open to professional buyers and professional visitors.
The exhibition is only open to professional buyers and invited visitors from May 7 to 9. After being examined by the organizing committee, certificates will be prepared for qualified buyers and professional visitors free of charge. Holders can enter and leave the exhibition hall unlimited times from May 7th to 10.
On May 7th, the exhibition hall is only open to all kinds of exhibitors, professional visitors and certified media. On May 8th and 9th, the organizing committee will arrange a certain number of complimentary tickets as appropriate to meet the needs of relevant units in the province and city/county parks in attracting investment and seeking cooperation.
At the same time, considering the needs of the public, on the premise of ensuring the docking needs of exhibitors and professional buyers, the organizing Committee designated May 10 as the public open day. On may 10, the exhibition tickets reflect the principle of non-profit. The price is 50,000 20 yuan, and all of them have been sold.
Tickets for public open days are only for electronic certificates. There are no paper tickets, which are bound with ID cards and cannot be transferred. You must brush the original ID card for ticket authentication when you enter the venue. There are no ticket outlets at the exhibition site.
Tickets for the public open day of the Consumer Expo have been sold out. China International Consumer Goods Expo is scheduled to be held in Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 7th to 10, and the public open day will be held in May 10. Tickets are sold out in three times and are sold out at present.
Real-name registration system buys tickets.
In order to prevent scalpers from reselling tickets, the system has set preconditions for online ticket purchase, ensuring real-name registration system to purchase tickets and limiting the number of tickets purchased. Viewers who pass the real-name verification can only buy one ticket for themselves, and at the same time, only one underage viewer can be added to buy tickets for them. (A letter of commitment for minors to enter the exhibition hall is required). There are no paper tickets for Expo tickets, and you must brush your ID card on the spot to identify face information. Meanwhile, please keep the e-ticket voucher for future reference.

In order to ensure your entry into Hong Kong as soon as possible, we have opened a special passage for Expo guests at the airport. Please follow the sign.
4. There is a Consumer Expo Airport Service Center at the airport arrival hall 1 exit, which will provide you with exhibition brochures, Haikou traffic guides, meilan airport traffic guides and other materials for your reference.
5. Guests who have received the notice of nucleic acid detection can take samples (throat swabs) at the airport 1 exit, and volunteers will assist you in registration and sampling; Guests who have not received the notification of nucleic acid detection do not need a sample book.
