Professional engineering management and practice
The discipline of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" includes six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, mining engineering, municipal public works and electromechanical engineering. Applicants can choose one major according to their professional qualifications, professional expertise and actual work needs.
Second, the application conditions
(a) law-abiding, with engineering or engineering economics technical secondary school degree or above, engaged in construction project construction management for two years, you can sign up for the second-level constructor qualification examination.
(2) Those who meet the registration requirements and meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the corresponding subjects:
1. With intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications and engaged in construction management of construction projects 15 years, the subject of Construction Management of Construction Projects can be exempted.
2. Obtain a first-class project manager qualification certificate, with intermediate and above professional and technical qualifications; Or obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, you can be exempted from the subjects of "Construction Management of Construction Projects" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge".
(three) personnel who have obtained the qualification of professional two-level construction engineer may choose professional engineering management and practical subjects for another examination according to the actual needs of their work. After passing the examination, the corresponding vocational qualification certificate will be issued. This certificate serves as the basis for adding professional practice categories when registering.
Third, the application procedure.
First-time applicants must complete online reporting, on-site qualification review and online payment of registration examination fees in order to apply successfully.
Non-first-time applicants who completed online reporting and paid the online registration examination fee successfully applied for the exam. There is no need to go to the site for qualification examination and confirmation.

Candidates who continue to apply for the second major after obtaining the qualification certificate of the second-level construction engineer, fill in the registration form of the 20 13 second-level construction engineer qualification examination (additional major) online, and upload one-inch photos of the electronic certificate jpg format (width 190× height 233 pixels, below 30KB), with bareheaded front and white background. (2) On-site qualification examination
1. In principle, the time for on-site qualification examination at the registration point of each city is the same as that at the registration point of Guangxi Personnel Examination Institute. The deadline for on-site qualification examination will not be postponed. If there are special circumstances, it must be approved by Guangxi Personnel Examinations Institute and notified separately by the municipalities.
2. Provide on-site qualification materials. Applicants who apply for on-site qualification examination must bring the registration form stamped with the official seal of the unit, the resident ID card, the diploma that meets the examination requirements, the degree certificate, and the corresponding documents that meet the requirements of the exemption subjects (the original examination, submit a copy) to the selected registration point for on-site qualification examination confirmation procedures; Those who meet the requirements of the exemption subject must also provide the exemption certificate issued by the unit (please refer to the "Guide to Work" column of Guangxi Personnel Examination Network "Sample of Proof Materials for Applying for Exemption from Examination"). Candidates who continue to apply for the second major after obtaining the qualification certificate of the second-level construction engineer shall provide the qualification certificate of the second-level construction engineer (the original of the examination and submit a copy) for on-site qualification examination.
(3) Pay the registration examination fee online.
1. Online payment is implemented at all registration points in the whole region. After passing the on-site qualification examination, the applicants who apply for the first and second majors log in to the registration system of Guangxi Personnel Examination Network for online payment; Non-first-time applicants pay online fees directly after modifying information online. The specific operation is carried out in accordance with the online "online payment process and related instructions".
2. Time of payment. Those who apply for the second major for the first time: 9: 00 am on March 13 to 6:07:00 pm on March 3 13.
Non-first-time applicant: 9: 00 am on March 20 13 to 6:07:00 pm on March 3 13.
3. Charge standard. According to the document No.273 [2009] issued by the Price Bureau and the Finance Department of the Autonomous Region, applicants are required to pay 70 yuan for comprehensive knowledge (including construction management, construction engineering regulations and related knowledge subjects) and 90 yuan for professional knowledge (professional engineering management and practical subjects).
4. Bill collection. Applicants at the registration point of Guangxi Personnel Examinations Institute: (1) collect the bill with the online payment qualification examination registration form or my resident ID card; (2) Receipt time: every Monday and Thursday from March 20th13rd at 9: 00 am-12: 00 pm 14- 17: 00 pm. 5. The registration examination fees organized by the registration points of each city shall be refunded and paid by Guangxi Personnel Examination Institute.
(4) Application requirements
The applicant is responsible for the authenticity and validity of the information and materials submitted. Submit false information and materials, once found, will be dealt with according to the relevant provisions, cancel the registration qualification; Those who take the examination and pass the examination will be disqualified from obtaining professional and technical qualifications and will not be awarded qualification certificates; If the corresponding certificate is obtained, the issuing authority shall declare the certificate invalid and withdraw it. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Fourth, the admission ticket printing

Five, report the examination room data
The examination room data of this exam requires all test sites to use PTMIS (General Personnel Examination Management Information System) for management. Sixth, the type of test questions
The two subjects of "Construction Engineering Management" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" are objective questions; The examination paper of Professional Engineering Management and Practice includes subjective questions and objective questions. The objective questions are answered on the answer sheet with 2B pencil, and the subjective questions are answered on the answer sheet with black ink pen.
Seven, take the exam and matters needing attention
(1) When taking the exam, candidates can only bring black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser and calculator without text editing function.
(2) During the examination, candidates must take the examination with their valid identity cards and admission tickets, both of which are indispensable.
(3) Candidates should consciously maintain the order of the examination workplace, obey the management of the examination staff and observe the discipline of the examination room. If there is any violation of discipline, it shall be dealt with according to the Regulations on Disciplinary Handling of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security DecreeNo. 12).
(4) Candidates should carefully read the precautions (the second cover of the test paper) and the instructions for answering questions (the first page of the answer sheet) before answering the questions, and should use the prescribed answering tools to answer in the designated area of the answer sheet.
