ICP license processing flow
1. First, you need to apply for an ICP business license or file it with the local communication management department. You can call for advice first. If you are in Beijing, you should consult Beijing ICP license processing or Beijing ICP license filing.
2. The applicant must comply with the provisions of Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Telecommunication Business License. The competent telecommunications department shall complete the preliminary examination of the materials within 15 days from the date of receiving the application materials for ICP business license (Internet business license).
3. If the application materials are complete, send an application acceptance notice to the ICP applicant. If the ICP application materials are incomplete, it shall notify the applicant in writing to make corrections. After the ICP applicant completes the materials, the competent telecommunications authority will issue the Notice of Accepting the Application for ICP Business License to the ICP applicant within 15 days.
4. The competent telecommunications department shall complete the examination within 60 days from the date of issuing the notice of accepting the application, and make a decision on approval or disapproval.
