This semester, I insisted on following the guidance of psychological counselors to carry out class psychological work. Visit the dormitory every week, usually on Saturday or Sunday evening, to inquire and understand the psychological status of the class students in detail and pay attention to the psychological behavior of the class students. Record students' psychological and behavioral changes carefully every week, hand in psychological logs on time, and be approved by psychological counselors and teachers for guidance. In this process, a classmate received psychological counseling with my advice and help, which solved her psychological confusion to some extent. I also attend the regular work meeting of the college and the work training of the psychological Committee organized by schools and colleges on time, and apply what I have learned to my work. Make the class know more about mental health and mental health knowledge, and pay more attention to mental health. In cooperation with the Class Publicity Committee, a psychological blackboard newspaper with the theme of "accepting yourself" was published, so that students can learn more about psychology and know themselves better. Mobilize and organize class students to actively participate in various mental health education activities organized by schools and colleges, and widely publicize the resources, consulting rooms and websites available to schools and colleges.
While following the guidance method of psychological counselors, it also innovates the way of class psychological work. In order to give full play to the initiative of dormitory psychological assistants and make use of their convenience and sensitivity in mastering information, each dormitory psychological assistant is required to submit a psychological diary (or report it by SMS or telephone) before the week, so as to reflect the psychological and behavioral changes of students in the class more comprehensively and minimize the possibility of incomplete information collection. Keep close contact with classmates through QQ, SMS and telephone contact. Listen to their troubles patiently and provide counseling and psychological help within your power. When you can't help yourself, ask a psychological counselor for help in time. Created a class psychological QQ-"My Heart", put the useful psychological knowledge on the psychological website in the QQ space for the whole class to read (at first, the effect is not obvious), and published detailed information such as the telephone number and location of psychological consultation in schools and hospitals in the class QQ group.
Generally speaking, the work of this semester was successfully completed and all activities were carried out smoothly. But compared with the requirements of the college, there are still some shortcomings in my own work:
1. I didn't fully communicate with every classmate.
2. Some work plans were not implemented for some reasons.
3. There is no regular meeting of psychological helpers in the dormitory to discuss and solicit their opinions.
4. Lack of some class meetings with the theme of "mental health". Because this is a form of entertaining, students can speak freely, and the atmosphere will be relaxed, which will help to enhance self-confidence and promote unity among students.
However, after a year's work experience and the active cooperation of all my classmates, I have a good understanding of the main responsibilities and work of the psychological Committee. Many people feel that this position is insignificant and need not be too responsible and serious. But I don't think so. Only when a person has a healthy attitude can he treat everything correctly and do everything well. So I will still do a good job as a psychological Committee member.
I know there is still a big gap between my current work level and the requirements of my superiors, but I will make unremitting efforts to narrow this gap. I believe I have the confidence and ability to be a good psychologist.
