Characteristics of international consultation:
(1) comprehensiveness In the process of developing modern economy or other fields, the difficulties and problems encountered are often not solved by a single discipline, technology or method. It often needs a collection of various professional knowledge and novel information, which must be a comprehensive collection of various disciplines, mutual penetration, and then analysis and refining, in order to get a correct judgment. Therefore, the level of consulting work often depends not on mastering a certain professional knowledge, but on the strength of comprehensive analysis ability. Many famous consulting institutions in the world are mostly comprehensive research institutes, such as Stanford Research Institute in the United States and Nomura Research Institute in Japan. This is mainly because a basic feature of consulting work is interdisciplinary, multi-field and super-industry.
(2) Independence Modern consulting industry is not subordinate to or affiliated with decision makers, but an independent organization. It accepts the entrustment of users, conducts independent research, and is free from external interference or intervention, providing users with objective solutions. In the process of research, it is necessary to fully understand the intention of decision makers, but it must maintain a high degree of independence. Only in this way can we objectively follow the scientific laws and finally get the correct opinions in line with the actual situation.
(3) The scientific consulting industry serves the society with intelligence, and must provide ideas, strategies, design schemes and implementation methods after accepting various complex topics put forward by decision makers. Therefore, scientific consultation itself is an important prerequisite for scientific decision-making. To make the consultation work scientific, we should have rich scientific knowledge and a lot of useful information, and make a systematic analysis of things, that is, we should not only grasp one aspect of things, but also have a holistic and systematic concept and attach importance to the relations and constraints between things.
(4) Selective research work, usually academic, generally only provides one design scheme. So decision makers have no choice. Modern scientific consultation requires decision makers to provide a variety of design schemes, and compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme. The purpose of envisioning various schemes is to adapt to different situations, especially for some restrictive or uncertain factors.
