Basis for collecting pipeline protection fee

Notice issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed that according to the Notice on Printing and Distributing Budget Quota, Project Cost Quota and Project Budget Compilation Rules for Information and Communication Construction Projects, pipeline protection fees were charged. Pipeline refers to the pipeline connecting the pump, valve or control system, which is used to transport liquid, gas or solid ground into powder.
