1. Increase the incentive degree and ability for senior managers;
2. Re-formulate the medium and long-term development strategy of Guangdong Sea according to the "three major changes";
3. Improve human resource management ability in an all-round way and establish talent echelon at all levels;
4. According to the long-term development strategy of the Group, make adaptive and forward-looking adjustments to the organizational structure;
5. Strengthen the standardization of enterprise operation system and improve the level of operation management.
