Jinzhou Highway Passenger Station, which belongs to Jinzhou Transportation Bureau, is located in Yan 'an Road, Jinzhou City, opposite Jinzhou Railway Station, and is the largest public passenger station in western Liaoning.
Passenger Transport Center is located in the southeast of the intersection of Bohai Avenue and Kunshan Road in Binhai New Area, covering an area of 39,000 square meters and a construction area of 6,543,800 square meters. It is a national first-class passenger hub station.

Now it has passenger lines leading to 4 provinces, 2 municipalities directly under the central government, 1 autonomous region and 13 cities in Liaoning province. It was named as a civilized unit by the Ministry of Communications, the Provincial Communications Department, the provincial government and the municipal government, and passed the ISO900 1 quality certification on March 4, 2003.
