Institutional responsibilities of Changzhi Municipal Affairs Hall

Changzhi Municipal Affairs Hall is a comprehensive service organization integrating examination and approval service, information consultation, management coordination and supervision and complaint. There are three levels, namely management, supervision and business.

The management service center is the management organization of the government affairs hall of the municipal government. It is a public institution directly under the general office of the municipal government, with a staff of 15. It has four departments: office, comprehensive department, supervision department and logistics department. Its main function is to manage, supervise, coordinate and serve the units in the office.

The Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Supervision Office of the Supervision Bureau are the supervisory bodies of the government affairs hall of the municipal government, and their main functions are to be responsible for daily supervision and management and to accept reports and complaints.

Six service halls and five professional sub-halls composed of 44 departments with administrative examination and approval functions directly under the municipal government are the business organizations of the government affairs hall of the municipal government. The six service halls are concentrated in the municipal government affairs hall, namely, the industrial and commercial registration hall, the administrative service hall, the transportation management licensing hall, the quality supervision code licensing hall, the construction project licensing hall and the land and resources licensing hall. Five professional sub-offices are located in the relevant departments outside the municipal government affairs hall, namely, the public security accreditation sub-office, the motor vehicle driver service sub-office, the national tax sub-office, the local tax sub-office, and the real estate right transaction sub-office. With the operation mechanism of "one-time acceptance, limited processing, centralized charging and unified delivery", the business layer handled 402 administrative licensing items, including 352 licensing items and 50 non-administrative licensing items.
