How to do a good job in labor dispatch and labor coordination

Doing a good job in the ideological and political work of labor dispatch workers, giving play to their enthusiasm and creativity, giving play to their sense of ownership and ensuring the stability of labor dispatch workers are of great significance to the reform, development and harmony of enterprises. We conducted a questionnaire survey on the ideological status of labor dispatch workers and found the following outstanding problems: First, the sense of ownership is not strong. They think that working in this position is temporary. In any case, they must renew the contract after two years. If the benefits are good, they will do it happily. If the benefits are not good, they will find another way out. They didn't relate the development and fate of the enterprise to themselves. They have no sense of honor or disgrace, lack concern for enterprises and lack a sense of ownership. The purpose of their work is to get more money and compete for jobs with the regular employees of the enterprise, which has caused some adverse effects on the development of the enterprise in their work, linking each work with material interests, paying attention to interests and stressing practical interests. Second, the sense of responsibility is not strong. Under the influence of "employment concept" and "temporary concept", workers pay more attention to tasks than costs, quantity than quality, and do not pay attention to energy saving, which leads to the increase of costs to a certain extent and affects the profits of enterprises. Third, enterprises are not strong. Workers think that they don't have a long-term and stable working environment. As long as they are basically competent for the job and can get their wages back, they don't have enough motivation to learn technology and business. They spend their time on entertainment or other activities that can increase their personal income. Through investigation, it is found that there are many reasons for the ideological deviation of workers, which can generally be summarized as the following two aspects: First, the mechanism. Because the contract time of workers can only be two years, they don't trust their work very much, and think that their employment relationship with the enterprise is unstable and they will leave after two years, which makes many temporary workers have worries, don't know where their future direction is, and have great psychological pressure. There is even a clear sense of inferiority. In terms of distribution, they also think that they are biased towards formal workers to some extent. The second is the quality problem. In fact, a considerable number of workers have good professional quality, political quality and ideological and moral quality, and are conscientious in their work, not afraid of hardship and fatigue. Moreover, from the actual point of view of enterprises, the gap between regular employees and temporary workers is gradually narrowing, and the income of temporary workers is higher than that of second-and third-line regular employees, but some temporary workers have too high expectations for wages. There are also some temporary workers with low quality. In our survey, temporary workers with high school education or below account for a considerable proportion. The ideological instability of labor dispatch workers exists objectively, and if left unchecked, it will inevitably affect the stability of the workforce and the development of enterprises. Therefore, it has become an urgent task for ideological and political workers to explore new ways and methods of ideological and political work for labor dispatch workers under the condition of market economy, continuously improve the combat effectiveness and cohesion of temporary workers, enhance the centripetal force of enterprises, and cultivate them into another dark horse in the development of enterprises. To this end, we must do two things: keep people in the cause and keep people in the true feelings. First, if enterprises want to retain people, they must reform the system. Due to the reform of employment system, it is a good way to employ people by reducing staff and increasing efficiency, not taking up posts after retirement and supplementing temporary employment. (1) Reform the distribution system and narrow the income gap. In the distribution system, we should earnestly adhere to and implement the policy of leaning to the front line, and gradually embody the principle of "more work, more pay", so that labor dispatch workers can effectively mobilize their enthusiasm through hard work and pay more than second-and third-line regular employees. (2) Reform the personnel system to provide an equal, fair and orderly competition space. Enterprises should use talents in an eclectic way and should not distinguish the identity of employees. The author believes that the unwritten restrictions on fixed employees in some posts, especially fixed posts, are a containment of the enthusiasm and ability of labor dispatch workers. If we can make an exception and use them in daily work and team management, we can effectively enhance their professionalism, sense of responsibility and sense of ownership. (3) Encourage self-study and provide broad re-education opportunities. The low quality of labor dispatch workers is a problem that can not be ignored. Their foundation is relatively poor, and their cultural knowledge, especially their systematic business knowledge, needs to be improved urgently. To cultivate them into generalists, on the one hand, we should create more training opportunities and give full play to the role of educational bases at all levels. On the other hand, encourage them to become self-taught and implement incentive mechanism. Take the road of connotative ideological and political work, improve quality and promote enterprise development. Second, the true feelings touch people's hearts, and enterprises will prosper. The ideological and political work of labor dispatch workers must strengthen the human touch and adhere to the principles of respecting, understanding and caring for people. Respect them ideologically, be close to them emotionally, support them in behavior, care about them in life and trust them in work. Move with emotion, realize with reason, and guide with action. Through emotional encouragement, improve the prestige of ideological and political work in their hearts, enhance the motivation of ideological and political work, thereby enhancing their sense of responsibility and self-motivation, adding internal motivation for enterprises and enhancing cohesion. " Only when enterprise managers set an example in action, take the lead in setting an example, handle affairs impartially, be diligent and honest, and suffer before being happy, will they have great moral appeal to the vast number of labor dispatch workers, stimulate their work enthusiasm and create good production performance. Although there are some unstable factors in the thought of enterprise labor dispatch workers, it has affected the rapid development of enterprises to some extent. However, as long as we pay full attention to their ideological trends, closely focus on the production and operation centers of enterprises, constantly explore and optimize ideological and political work methods, and understand and care about them on the basis of respect, we will certainly enhance the cohesion of enterprises and promote their harmonious development.
