Fifty-third engineering supervision units should be equipped with enough qualified supervision personnel, follow up in place immediately according to the operating procedures, and supervise and inspect the construction projects.
Without the signature and approval of the relevant supervisors, building materials, building components and equipment shall not be used or installed in the project, shall not enter the next project construction, shall not allocate the project progress payment, and shall not carry out the completion acceptance; Those who do not meet the quality requirements of the project shall not sign, and shall have the right to order them to make corrections and report to the relevant competent departments.
Article 54 The construction unit shall go through the project quality supervision procedures before the project starts, and the construction project quality supervision institution must supervise the construction project quality and its structural design.
The construction project must be accepted by the construction project quality supervision institution and obtain the use license before it can be delivered for use.
