The process of collecting information in college entrance examination

The college entrance examination information collection process is as follows:

Step 1: County (city, district) recruitment agencies log in to the "Recruitment Information Management System", set up registration points, and divide the registration number of each registration point according to the expected number of applicants at each registration point (the 8-digit registration number consists of 4 city and county codes plus 4 serial numbers).

Step 2: After the registration point reviews the candidates' registration qualifications, log in to the "Recruitment Information Management System", collect the candidates' ID card information and photo information, and assign the registration number to the candidates.

Step 3: Candidates open the "Candidate Comprehensive Information Platform" APP, enter their valid ID information, and pay the college entrance examination registration fee through the system. After the payment is successful, the examinee completes the real person authentication through the system and sets the system "login" password and "save" password. Once the college entrance examination registration fee is paid successfully, it is non-refundable.

Step 4: Candidates open the "Candidate Integrated Information Platform" APP, enter their ID number and login password to enter the system, and enter their basic information (except the information on the ID card) according to relevant requirements. During the college entrance examination registration period, candidates can log in to the system at any time to modify their information, and cannot modify it after the deadline.

Step 5: The registration point logs into the "Recruitment Information Management System" and prints the registration form for candidates to proofread. Candidates must proofread and modify their personal information according to the requirements of the registration point. After proofreading, candidates must sign the registration form for confirmation.

Step 6: Recruitment agencies and registration points in counties (cities, districts) log in to the "Recruitment Information Management System" to collect other information such as ideological and moral assessment opinions and complete online registration.

In case of the following situations, candidates need to register in the following ways:

1. Registration of migrant children of migrant workers from other provinces.

Candidates open the homepage of the "Candidates' Comprehensive Information Platform" to download and print the "Examination Form for the Registration Qualification of Candidates for the 2023 College Entrance Examination in Hunan Province" and submit the examination form as required. After the examination and approval of the county (city, district) recruitment agency, candidates will register at the designated registration point according to the normal process.

2. use other identity documents (non-second-generation resident identity cards) to register.

After the candidates submit information at the registration point, the registration point logs into the "recruitment information management system" to collect the information of the candidates' identity documents and submit them to the city (state) recruitment agency for review. After the examination and approval of the city (state) recruitment agency, candidates will register at the designated registration point according to the normal process.

3. Candidates did not apply for a second-generation ID card.

Candidates should apply for a second-generation ID card as soon as possible, and then register at the registration point.

4. The candidate's second-generation resident ID card is invalid.

Log in to the "Recruitment Information Management System" from the registration point, and manually enter the relevant information of the candidate's second-generation ID card. After the system is verified, candidates will register according to the normal process. Candidates must apply for a new second-generation ID card as soon as possible, and check the information of the second-generation ID card at the registration point after completing the ID card.
