Netease, my World Mobile Edition authentication failed, and the error log could not be found. What should I do?

If you encounter any problems in my China edition of the World, you can consult customer service to solve them. Click the headset character style button at the top right of the launcher to open the customer service interface. There are three options in the customer service interface, namely customer service, service record and game guide, which are introduced one by one below.

1. The customer service interface integrates the common problems of players in the game. If the answers to frequently asked questions still cannot be solved, you can contact customer service by clicking the button at the bottom of the corresponding page. In the question submission interface, fill in the question, contact number and upload a screenshot, which will facilitate submission.

In the service record interface, players can view the history of contacting customer service and confirm the process of solving problems. Click on the question to view the details of the question and inquire about the customer service reply. If the customer service has not answered, there is also a very intimate reminder service.
