2. Enter the interview (professional test) candidate qualification examination.

Professional skills testing methods can take professional written test, practical operation and other ways. Specific measures for vocational skills testing in counties (districts) shall be formulated by the human resources and social security bureaus of counties (districts), and specific measures for vocational skills testing in units directly under the municipal government shall be formulated by the employing unit and the competent department of the municipal human resources and social security bureau. The professional skills test results will be announced on the spot after the professional skills test on the same day.
5. Interview (professional test) proposition, time and requirements.

6. How to deal with the situation that the opening ratio of job interview (professional test) is less than 1:3?
With the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or due to the absence of candidates, if the examination ratio of interview (professional test) post is less than 1:3, candidates for such positions must reach 70% or more of the full score of interview (professional test) in the examination room before entering the next procedure according to the recruitment requirements.
