1. It is characterized by pain or tingling, which is common in unilateral or bilateral breast pain or tenderness, with more emphasis on one side. People with severe pain should not touch it. Two breast lumps
1. Masses, single or multiple round nodular masses with different sizes can be found on one or both sides of the breast.
2. The shape of the mass is patchy, nodular, cord-like and granular, of which patchy is the most common.
3. The mass is a nodular structure, with different sizes, indistinct boundary, medium or slightly hard and tough texture, no adhesion with surrounding tissues, frequent tenderness, and no swelling of axillary lymph nodes.
4. The size and texture of breast lumps often change with menstrual cycle. The premenstrual mass is enlarged and the texture is hard. After menstruation, the lump shrinks and the texture is tough but not hard.
Triple nipple discharge
When patients with mammary gland hyperplasia squeeze their nipples, nipple discharge can occur, which is spontaneous discharge, and milky white secretion or straw yellow or brown serous secretion can be squeezed out.
Four major menstrual disorders
Patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands can see irregular menstruation, unstable cycle, small amount or light color, accompanied by dysmenorrhea.
