What does a pre-sales engineer do?

Job responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales technical support: help sales achieve sales targets, analyze customer business scenarios through joint sales according to the company's product planning, finalized products, partner technologies and products, tap the real needs of customers, and work with solution engineers to complete solutions that meet customer needs.

2. Bidding support: help the sales department to achieve the sales target, lead the technical part of the bidding work according to the customer's business and technical needs, be responsible for the technical response, tender presentation and bidding response of the technical links in the bidding process, and help the sales department to complete the bid winning work.

3. Others need to be undertaken due to the company's business needs.

Job requirements:

1, college degree or above, major in computer science is preferred.

2. Have a good understanding of hardware servers and current mainstream hardware devices such as servers, networks and storage.

More than 3.2 years solution experience in IT industry; Have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and big data application scenarios, and have the ability of overall hardware solution design and problem analysis.

4. Strong communication and coordination ability and hands-on ability, strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, and quickly master product knowledge.

5. Have strong writing skills and copywriting organization ability, and be proficient in using documents and image processing software to prepare plans and bids.

6. Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills, strong customer communication and negotiation skills, and good sense of teamwork.
