Chunhui Scholarship of Tianjin University is a national award. Chunhui of the Ministry of Education plans to allocate 900,000 yuan, which mainly supports Tianjin University to cooperate with the International Association of Ocean Engineers to establish a new discipline of deep-sea oil and gas development in the field of ocean engineering, and to build a key technical platform for the development of China's offshore oil, especially deep-sea oil strategic resources. The platform will be built on the platform of existing related disciplines of Tianjin University and organized by the International Association of Offshore Engineers headquartered in Houston, USA.
