Fourth, work is marginalized.

Other departments have a weak awareness of the system, and there is nothing you can do if they don't cooperate with their work.
In the office or quality department, you will be a handyman in your own department. Fifth, the work is not easy to quantify.

7. On the road of career planning, there are few optional occupations.
