Abstract: It is a general trend for China's internal audit to change from supervision to service, and it is of practical significance to explore the path to realize this change from the perspective of immune system theory. In modern auditing, if we want to apply the immune system theory to enterprise internal auditing, and make it change to service-oriented, we should improve the evaluation and consultation functions of internal auditing, explore the key audit points that can play an immune role, create conditions on the basis of grasping new challenges, promote the normal operation of immune system, and realize the goals and tasks of internal auditing.

Author's point of view: By putting forward the "immune system theory" of internal audit, this paper summarizes the present situation and outstanding problems of internal audit in Chinese enterprises: the focus of this paper is to highlight the preventive role of modern governance internal audit in the immune system, thus expanding the content of the materials collected in this paper.
