1.2 project overview: this project is the basketball stadium project of Guo Zhuang airport in XX city, XX province. The cornice elevation of this project is 10.5m, the building area is 1260M2, the service life of the structure is 50 years, the importance of seismic fortification is Class C, the fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the design basic seismic acceleration is 0. 15g, and the design earthquake grouping is the second group. The main steel beams and columns are made of Q235B steel, and the roof panel is made of 950 EPS sandwich panel with a thickness of 75mm. The outer panel is blue and the inner panel is white. Brick wall elevation below 1.2000m, and wall elevation above 1.2000m adopts double-layer Q90 veneer, with 50mm thick thermal insulation cotton, 0.4mm inner panel and 0.5mm outer panel, all of which are white.

2, the project progress and material supply

2.2. 1 construction sequence According to the requirements of the tender documents, the construction sequence of each construction section organized by our company is: preparation before construction → civil engineering approach → pay-off excavation → foundation construction → earthwork backfilling → foundation acceptance → steel member approach → steel structure main body installation → brick wall masonry → color plate installation → internal and external painting → ground engineering → completion acceptance;

2.3 material supply plan
2.3. 1 procurement of raw materials such as steel and cement: within 3 days after the bid-winning notice arrives, all the planned consumption of raw materials (steel structure drawings need to be refined and converted into workshop production drawings) will be distributed to the material procurement department, which will be uniformly deployed by ministry of materials and equipment, and all raw materials, steel, yellow sand, stones, cement, steel bars, etc. will be prepared according to the project schedule. Those used for on-site civil construction will be transported to the proposed site;

The civil construction team will enter the construction site two days before the commencement order is issued to build temporary facilities and roads for foundation construction. After passing the inspection, the components processed by the prefabrication factory will be transported to the construction site two days ahead of the on-site installation schedule.
2.3.3 Supply of color steel plate: The raw material procurement plan of color steel plate and the steel procurement plan are issued at the same time. After the goods are ready, they will be delivered to the construction site one week before the installation of the steel structure main body, accessory parts and enclosure structure, and the glue and nails will also arrive at the same time.
2.3.4 Supply plan of high-strength bolts and ordinary bolts: bolts and other installation connectors will arrive at the construction site with the vehicle when the steel structure comes into the site.
