In order to implement the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the former Ministry of Personnel) and the Notice on Issues Concerning Open Recruitment of Supplementary Personnel in Public Institutions in Beijing (No.58 [2004] of the former Beijing Municipal Bureau of Personnel), combined with the actual needs of public institutions in our region, the relevant matters concerning open recruitment of staff in public institutions in the second half of 2009 are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment position, target and application conditions
(1) Recruitment position
Chongwen District belongs to management posts and professional technical posts in public institutions (see Annex 1 for specific posts).
(2) Candidates
Unemployed graduates who graduated in 2009 and before 1;

(3) Application conditions

3. Have the corresponding academic qualifications recognized by the state;

2. The applicant shall register on site with the following materials (all originals are required):
(1) Complete and accurate application form, and sign the statement of good faith (Annex 2);
(2) my ID card and household registration book (or household registration card);
(3) Certification materials such as academic certificates, professional title certificates, professional qualification certificates and award-winning certificates that meet the requirements of applying for positions;
(4) Two recent one-inch bareheaded photos of the same edition.
3. Candidates who provide false information will be disqualified once verified.
4. After passing the examination by the employer and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau), the applicant will receive the admission ticket on the spot and participate in the examination organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau according to the examination arrangement.
Third, the examination arrangement
(1) Written examination
The written test is a comprehensive ability test, which mainly examines the basic ability level and knowledge level of the post. Basic ability focuses on reading comprehension, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, numerical reasoning and operation, and verbal expression. The knowledge part mainly involves what the staff of institutions such as law, science and technology and current affairs should know.
There are no designated training institutions and reference books for this written test.

3. Form: All objective questions are used, and candidates must answer on the machine-readable answer sheet.

(2) Professional skills test and interview
1. Candidates who apply for professional skills test positions can only take the professional skills test if they pass the written test; Those who pass the test shall be determined according to the ratio of the planned recruitment number to the interview number 1:3, and those who are less than 1:3 shall be determined according to the actual qualified number.
2. Candidates who apply for positions without professional skills test shall be determined according to the order of written test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of planned recruits to the number of interviewers. If it is less than 1:3, it shall be determined according to the actual qualified number.
3. The professional skills test and interview will be conducted before 65438+ on Sunday, February 20th, 2009, and the specific time will be notified by the recruiting unit.
(three) announced the total score
On Tuesday, February 22nd, 2009, 65438+, the total score was published on the website of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The total score is calculated as follows:
1. For positions with professional skills tests, the percentage of written test scores, professional skills test scores and interview scores is 30%, and the total score is calculated by using the percentage system;
2. For positions without professional skills test, the percentage of written test scores and interview scores are 50% and 50% respectively, and the total score is calculated by a percentage system.
Fourth, determine the hiring personnel
(1) Physical examination and examination
Investigate and inspect the candidates with the highest total score. Unqualified, according to the total score from high to low in turn.
(2) publicity
The candidates who pass the physical examination and investigation are confirmed as candidates to be employed, and they will be publicized on the website of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Monday 20 10 and 1 to accept social supervision. The publicity period is 7 days.
(3) handle the transfer formalities.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, they will be transferred and the employment procedures will be performed according to the relevant regulations.
