Physician evaluation of yam

Thousands of years ago, Chinese medicine found that the quality of the same variety was very different in different places because of the differences in soil, water and climate conditions. "All drugs have a realm" and "small miscellaneous drugs, more shortcuts, less aerodynamic rationality, not so realm". Under the guidance of this theory, physicians of past dynasties began to systematically compare, screen and evaluate the differences of medicinal materials from different origins. This is actually a long process of repeated practice and continuous summary, and it is also a process of gradual maturity of Chinese medicine.
